Our Services
The film and TV industry has one of the highest concentrations of neurodivergent professionals of any sector, and one of the least-adapted working environments.
Fast turnarounds, fractured communication, intense sensory conditions, and hierarchical on-set cultures create predictable friction for neurodivergent brains.
NeuroJungle was built to address this gap. With lived experience of both neurodivergence and the industry, we design interventions that are practical, evidence-informed, and specific to how film and TV actually works. We do not offer off-the-shelf diversity training repackaged with a neurodivergence label.
WORKPLACE Training
Our workplace training is designed for organisations that want to move beyond compliance and build cultures where neurodivergent employees can contribute their full capability. Sessions are tailored to your organisation's size, structure, and existing knowledge, We do not deliver generic awareness days. We work with senior leadership teams, HR professionals, line managers, and whole-team groups. All training is grounded in psychological frameworks and industry-specific scenarios drawn from real film and TV environments.
We provide group training sessions for managers and teams to:
Improve communication, collaboration and teamwork
Boost innovation and creativity
Reduce burnout and promote good mental health
Enable competitive advantage
HR resource creation - policies & templates
Bespoke training for senior leadership and HR professionals
Production packages
Productions present a distinct set of neurodivergence challenges that generic workplace consultancy cannot address: unpredictable locations, compressed timescales, sensory overload, unclear hierarchies, and a culture where asking for adjustments can feel professionally risky. Our production packages are designed by people who have worked at senior levels in UK film and TV and who understand these pressures from the inside. We work with Execs, heads of department, access coordinators, production management teams, welfare teams and wellbeing facilitators to embed practical, workable adjustments from pre-production onwards.
Our film & tv specialist services include:
Script consultancy for stories including neurodivergent characters
Bespoke practical sessions for location crew, cast and HODs working in difficult environments
Resource creation for production teams - access statements, reasonable adjustments for an on-set environment
Working with access coordinators & wellbeing facilitators
Ad-hoc neurodivergence consulting throughout the shoot
Coaching
Many neurodivergent professionals in the creative industries reach senior levels before they receive a diagnosis, or without ever receiving one. Our coaching is designed for professionals at any stage: those newly diagnosed, those exploring suspected neurodivergence, and those who simply want to understand their working patterns better. Sessions are 1:1 or small group, and can include line managers or direct reports where useful. We use a strengths-based approach that focuses on building personalised strategies rather than managing deficits.
Our coaching services include:
1:1 coaching for neurodivergent (or suspected neurodivergent) professionals.
Sessions with direct reports or line managers and/or co-workers.
Support for teams that have experienced a breakdown in communication
Personalised strategies to support individuals to thrive in the workplace

Our founders have worked at senior levels in the UK film and TV industry and are neurodivergent themselves. This means our training is grounded in the specific realities of production environments and not adapted from corporate HR frameworks. We understand what on-set culture actually feels like, what reasonable adjustments are genuinely workable in a production context, and how to have these conversations without losing the room.
