Who We Are

NeuroJungle was founded on a simple observation: the film and TV industry attracts a disproportionately high number of neurodivergent people, and does almost nothing to support them.  We are a specialist neurodivergence consultancy founded by two senior industry professionals, both neurodivergent, who between them bring decades of experience in production, post-production, and training.

We work at the intersection of psychological expertise and industry knowledge, which is what makes our work different from generic diversity and inclusion provision.

Robyn Ramsden-Wilde

Having worked as a Production Executive for Sky Studios, Robyn became the Head of Production for The Bureau (45 YEARS, AFTER LOVE, SUPERNOVA). Previously, Robyn spent a decade working in production on projects including Joanna Hogg’s Sundance winning THE SOUVENIR, and Steve McQueen’s SMALL AXE for BBC & Amazon. She also co-produced Romola Garai's directorial debut AMULET.

She has run training for NFTS, LFS, PACT, ScreenSkills & DV talent, and is based near Abergavenny. Robyn has a Law degree and a Biology degree. Her lived experience as an autistic and ADHD person in the creative industries drives her work towards creating inclusive workplaces on set, and accurate representation on screen.

Sam Margaritis

Sam is a BAFTA member who has worked in senior leadership positions within the Film & TV industry for the past 25 years. Most recently, she was Managing Director of a successful B-Corp on-set and post-production film and digital service provider. Prior to that, she worked at the NFTS as CPD short course Producer and tutor on the Production Management Diploma. Motivated to create more inclusive workplace cultures, Sam co-founded NeuroJungle, with Robyn. Sam is also a CPD certified ADHD/Neurodivergence Coach.

As an AuDHDer with a fully neurodivergent family, Sam is driven to educate the world on neurodivergence to help create an inclusive working environment for all.

Access coordinator

We work regularly in collaboration with Access Coordinator Gemma Harvey to provide productions with seamless support.

Gemma has built a career as an Access Coordinator and Access Creative Coach, advocating for inclusive, access-first processes across theatre, film and television. She has collaborated with major institutions including the BBC, Channel 4, Sky and ITV, bringing together artistic insight and structural expertise to embed inclusive practice at every stage of production. Drawing on her lived experience as a neurodivergent person, Gemma is committed to championing underrepresented voices and contributing to meaningful, industry-wide change.

Our clients

We have worked with ScreenSkills, PACT, the Film & TV Charity, Film London, WFTV, and a range of independent production companies across drama, documentary, and commercial production. We also work directly with neurodivergent professionals seeking 1:1 coaching, and with HR and people teams in larger organisations.

All of our work is tailored. We do not deliver pre-packaged programmes.
